2. SUMMARY
A Total Airport Services (TAS) Human
Resources Data Analyst, is responsible for identifying and assisting
in solving HR related issues, ensuring these adhere to the organizations
policies and objectives. Analyzing and evaluating data and reports, feeding
back the findings to relevant managers and advising on changes and
improvements.
The Human Resource (HR) Analyst will
collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics, and apply
this data to make recommendations related to recruitment, retention, and
legal compliance. The job involves creating and delivering presentations and
training across the business when required. Having strong communication
skills is key as you will build relationships with employees at all levels
and liaise with partners or clients in some instances.

HR Data Analyst is
responsible to:

• Identifying
and working with the HR team to resolve various HR related issues
• Helping
with job audits and HR investigations and following up with relevant
parties
• Creating
and delivering specialized presentations and training on HR related topics
across the business
• Providing
advice and support to numerous departments in the organization regarding HR
policies, processes, and best practice
• Analyzing
and presenting data and reports to the appropriate area of expertise,
identifying errors, and advising on solutions
• Assisting
the HR team in the progression and moderation of operating policies,
guidelines, and systems to encourage best practices within the company
• Reviewing
employee and candidate data and inputting this into relevant HR
databases
• Potentially
supervising with training and providing coverage and feedback of staff
performance
• Collects
and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the
human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and
employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor
statistics, competitors' practices, and other sources.
• Analyzes data and
statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring
practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and
regulations.
• Prepares reports of data
results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership.
• Identifies and
recommends reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks
for key performance metrics.
• Based on metrics and
analysis, makes recommendations for policies and activities to improve the
organizational culture including suggestions to attract and hire qualified
candidates, to motivate and retain employees, to address staffing issues, and
to maintain legal compliance.
• Facilitates
implementation of new training, development, recruiting, and other related
initiatives.
• May conduct or assist
with conducting classification audits to ensure that jobs are properly
classified as exempt or nonexempt.
• Ensures compliance with
data privacy regulations and best practices.
• May assist HR leadership
with staffing, recruiting, and departmental budgets.
• May guide and/or assist
with performance, benefit, and compensation review and evaluation processes.
• Performs other duties as
assigned.

Function Management Group - Contributes to the development and dissemination of
processes and procedures, ensuring execution and maintenance of the Corporate
Strategy, through operational group with business mindset and process
management support, ensuring the agreed results and delivering the Value Proposition

4. QUALIFICATIONS: An

5. EXPERIENCE: B.A. or B.S. Degree in finance or
accounting from a four-year college or university; and over five years up to
and including seven years of related experience and/or training; or
equivalent combination of education and experience. CPA highly desirable.

perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of:
- Microsoft
Office Word and Advanced Excel skills a must.

Certifications,
Licenses and Registrations

- Bachelors
degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or
related field required.
- Experience
in related areas such as job classification and compensation, recruitment,
selection, training, employee benefits, and/or equal opportunity compliance
preferred.
- SHRM-CP
or SHRM-SCP preferred.

7. PHYSICAL DEMANDS

close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth
perception and ability to adjust focus.
8. WORK ENVIRONMENT

The
work environment characteristics described here are representative of those
an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

- Requires ability to sit for long periods of time using a
key board, mouse and to view multiple screens
- Ability to operate a personal computer/laptop for
approximately 8 hours per day
- Extended time is spent reviewing documents, both actual
papers or electronic
- The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk,
reach with arms and hands. Vision abilities required by this job include
close vision.
- Periodically, may also do light lifting of supplies and
materials which weighs in at approximately 20 lbs.
- Will spend most of time in an indoor environment
- Requires ability to use telephone for client contact and
conference calls.
