Workforce Analytics (WFA) is the firm’s centralized global HR analytics function, positioned within the HR Chief Data & Analytics Office. WFA applies quantitative methods, technology, and research to people data and people decisions across the firm. The Quantitative Analytics Associate is responsible for querying, compiling, manipulating and synthesizing large quantities of people-related data to assist HR executives, business partners, and employees make data-driven decisions. He or she will utilize experience exploring and visualizing data, applying statistical and analytical techniques, and extracting a story from the data to provide value to the company and its people. This individual will join a mature but growing team of data scientists, quants, BAs and software engineers that drives some of the most critical projects in HR.
