The HR Transformation Data Analytics, Reporting and Capabilities Project Manager will report directly the Head of HR Transformation within the HR CAO organization. The Project Manager will build and run the data analytics and governance reporting to enable Citis HR CAO to oversee all areas of execution accountability within Citis Transformation program. Working with the Transformation Program Office, HR Transformation Leads as well as the Transformation Program groups, develop an end-to-end view of all transformation commitments owned by HRAs (including those outside the Consent Order), track the status against each of the commitments, in order for the HR Transformation team to meet those commitments (i.e., resolving issues of prioritization, staffing, decision roadblocks, etc.). In addition the Project Manager will look to enhance project management tools, capabilities and transformation processes to support the HR Transformation team on driving forward the execution of the projects they are responsible for.


The HR Transformation Data Analytics, Reporting and Capabilities Project Manager accomplishes results through streamlining data analytics and timely accurate and regular status reporting of HR Transformation work activities across the Citi Transformation Programs to enhance senior reporting and communications for execution oversight and governance. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas. Has responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness and delivery of end results of an area. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology tools and project management capabilities of the function. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.


**Key Responsibilities:**


+ Utilizes internal systems, data analytics and advanced Microsoft Office application skills to create, analyze, and interpret data to support line of sight of HR Transformation execution and recommend viable solutions

+ Establish a reporting framework to identify, track and report on the delivery of all Transformation commitments where HR are is the accountable owners

+ Develop and maintain an up-to-date view of all commitments owned by HRAs (including outside of the Transformation) as well as HR outside of the ACT program.

+ The reporting will be used to support the Head of HR Transformation on execution oversight and governance forums for HR Transformation projects and commitments.

+ Monitor/track actions being taken across the HR organization to meet commitments, including identifying and driving resolution of issues

+ Build and develop trusted relationships:

+ Facilitate the sharing of best practices and insights across teams


**Qualifications:**


+ 6-10 years of experience

+ Data analytical and business intelligence tool capabilities

+ Strong presentation and power point skills

+ Experience working horizontally across an organization and participating in enterprise-wide implementations of major policy and relevant risk programs

+ Ability to understand and operate successfully in a complex, heavily matrixed corporate environment

+ Strong interpersonal skills, with evidence of working in collaboration across large organizations, including a proactive and 'no surprises' approach in communicating issues/requests

+ Project management capabilities

+ Identifies stakeholders and key organizations with which to build and manage relationships

+ Capable of prioritizing and multi-tasking in a dynamic, fast paced environment

+ Directs the communication of status, issue, and risk disposition to all stakeholders, including senior management, on a timely basis

+ Articulate and effective communicator, both orally and in writing

+ Drives adherence to program processes, procedures, methods, and standards for program delivery

+ Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.

+ Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.

+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


**Qualifications:**


+ 6-10 years experience in human resources working on projects and HR related processes.

+ Project management and governance experience with demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed critical milestones.

+ Must have strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills as this leader will work with Sr leaders on a regular basis.

+ Ability to foster working relationships with other leaders across multiple lines of business and with support organizations, including auditors and regulators.

+ Demonstrated judgement and critical thinking skills.

+ Advanced Excel, Tableau or BI tools a plus

+ Powerpoint presentations experience

+ Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
