The role provides Learning Management System (Tier II) support for employees and managers across the firm. It is accountable for complex support and applies acquired expertise to analyze and solve escalated issues. It involves collaborating with key stakeholders and liaising internal efforts to obtain issue resolutions. Review learning assets and ensure service delivery requirements are met prior to deployment in the Learning production environment. Participate in regression testing on HCM enhancements to ensure learning platform system readiness. Work in highly Agile (Scrum) team environment.
