Human Resources Representative


POSITION SUMMARY

The Human Resources Representative is a key contributor on the HR Team at Vistage Worldwide, Inc. Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources, the HR Representatives areas of primary responsibility will include: full-cycle recruiting, managing data input and reports in our HRIS (ADP Workforce Now), and program administration. The HR Representative will work independently on or assist with various special projects across HR disciplines.

Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle recruiting including job postings, ATS management, resume screening, phone and in-person interviewing, comp analysis and proposals, extending offers and other recruitment duties. Recruitment includes all international positions.
  • 30-day check-ins with new hires to assess role and onboarding progress.
  • Act as an ADP HRIS administrator for the team and oversee communication to all relevant departments. This includes all paperwork related to organizational changes such as new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations, and input of new employee data into ADP.
  • Manage partnerships with all recruiting agencies, LinkedIn and additional talent platforms.
  • Manage and disperse daily/weekly recruiting updates and time to fill metrics.
  • Track and oversee all Staff Requisitions for temporary contractors and full-time employees. Notify managers when assignments are coming to a close or up for renewal, and manage tracking of temporary and contract employees.
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment. This includes maintenance of all employees files, documents, etc.
  • Assist with Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) programs and projects. Provide guidance as a member of the DE&I Employee Project Committee.
  • Assist with employment verifications and background checks.
  • Manage the employee referral program and ensure that bonuses are paid out accordingly.
  • Counsel with Legal department on immigration policies and process.
  • Maintain employee files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
  • Suggest ways to enhance employee engagement and company culture.
  • Respond to general employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures and programs.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree preferred; additional coursework or certifications in Human Resources (SRHM/PHR) is a plus.
  • 2+ years experience of corporate full-cycle recruiting.
  • 1+ years general HR experience.
  • Proficient in building and maintaining Excel spreadsheets related to recruiting metrics and comp analysis.
  • Must be super organized and detail-oriented. Ability to prioritize and project manage required.
  • General CA employment law and benefit knowledge.
  • HRIS experience preferred.
  • Ability to foster and cultivate trust and partnerships with all levels.
