The HR GES Employee Readiness Lead reports to the Employee Readiness and Support Manager within HR GES Infrastructure function.  As the Employee Readiness Lead you are responsible for managing and ensuring delivery of all the change readiness activities in support of the global operations and servicing teams. These readiness activities include but are not limited to, change intake/identification, impact assessment, governance, employee communication, training, etc.  Ultimately overall employee readiness to support the change.You will work closely with the service and operations leads, the cross-impact teams, like reporting, Quality Assurance, Capacity Planning, Training, etc. as well as the Digital Solution Business Readiness team. Majority of changes come through the Digital Solution organization and you will partner closely with them to understand potential impacts to the GES service & operations teams
