A successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to strike a balance between executing on customer experience and meeting business priorities and demands. A successful candidate will also demonstrate the ability to think strategically, implement with discipline, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across various levels and functions within the organization.

Job responsibilities:

  • Stay abreast of changing industry trends and competitors, develop knowledge on relevant consumer regulations, and present results and recommendations to leadership.
  • Responsible for product strategy, pricing, and customer experience.
  • Development of key metrics and business analysis.
  • Coordinating and driving consensus across a broad group of stakeholders, and various risk and control processes.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Minimum 5 + years of deposit experience (in Product Management, Finance, or Strategy)
  • Strong general management and leadership skills, including demonstrated success leading large organizations through significant changes
  • Structured thinker and effective communicator with excellent written communication and presentation skills who can flex between strategic and tactical items for varying audiences
  • Ability to think strategically and to connect the dots to the bigger picture, while still comfortable diving into the details required to ensure successful execution
  • Expertise in defining product strategy supported by analytical analysis to identify trends and showcase relevant metrics/insights
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly develop effective trust-based relationships, working closely with cross functional stakeholders across the business to influence outcomes and fuel accountability without formal authority

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Ability to self-manage and prioritize amongst multiple projects with competing business and technical priorities
  • Strong grasp of industry landscapes, marketplace, and regulatory environment
  • Bachelor™s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
