Role with responsibility of ~140 employees in the Non-Plastics and Small Functions, including up to 8-10 Team Leaders of teams of ~15 to 18 frontline employees. The process covers online claims, ACH Claims, 150+ smaller queues, and regulatory processes, such as ID theft queues. This person will manage departmental performance through designated Team Leaders by monitoring regular productivity, provide guidance on staffing & workload adjustments, and adherence to policy & procedures. Expectations include lead Team Leaders & partner with offshore counterparts to exceed department KPIs such as efficiency goals, decision quality, loss management, etc. for the department.
