**Job Description**


**Team/Function Overview**


The Financial Reporting Team exists within the Funds Administration Operations at Citibank Europe plc, Luxembourg Branch. The Team is responsible for the production of financial statements, regulatory reporting, bespoke client reporting and tax returns. Citis clients cover a range of funds including but not limited to UCITS, UCIs, SIFs and RAIFs. The Financial Reporting Team is a highly specialized team that has detailed Lux GAAP and IFRS knowledge.


**Role / Position Overview**


The Financial Reporting Senior Analyst is responsible for the preparation and review of financial statements, regulatory reporting, bespoke client reporting and Tax returns. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of required reporting to Citi's clients, Regulatory bodies and Tax Administration.


**Key Responsibilities:**


+ Preparation and review of annual and interim financial statements in accordance with applicable legislation and client service level agreements

+ Preparation and review of client and regulatory reporting

+ Ensure timeliness of deliverables in accordance with deadlines

+ Ensure high quality work

+ Investigation and resolution of client queries in a timely manner

+ Complete maintenance tasks on Confluence

+ Develop strong, pro-active working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders

+ Working closely with other relevant operational peers and across the organisation to ensure that process risks are minimised

+ Involvement in key automation projects and continuous process improvements

**Criteria/Qualifications**


**Knowledge/Experience:**


Relevant experience in the funds industry


In depth knowledge of Lux GAAP and IFRS, basic knowledge of US GAAP


Understanding of regulatory requirements related to Luxembourg domiciled funds


**Skills:**


Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills


Fluent in English, other languages being an advantage


Manage different deliverables simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met


Good organisational skills, ability to work under pressure and prioritise within tight deadlines while maintaining total accuracy


Proven team player experience and ability to work across global teams


**Qualifications:**


Chartered Accountant/CFA/MBA, Degree in Finance, Economic, Business Administration


Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience
