Chase Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Digital organization provide support for the Digital CCB businesses which serve more than 61 million consumers and 4 million small businesses across Consumer, Business and Mortgage Banking, Card Services, Auto Finance and Merchant Services.
This is an exciting time to join our Digital Finance & Business Management team as we support key product teams who are developing transformative digital projects to help continue to provide a best-in-class, innovative experience for our existing & new customers at JPMorgan Chase & Co. The ambition is to position Chase as the undisputed leader in digital financial services and payments to enable Chase to deliver the highest personalized, real time experiences that customers expect. The Finance & Business Management - VP will play a critical role in realizing that ambition.
Digital Finance & Business Management optimizes business performances by helping to drive key initiatives. We act as trusted advisors, partners and counterweight to Business/Group Heads. We are responsible for identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks whilst helping to drive industry-leading projects to provide our customers with a best-in-class experience. We also strive to provide financial and strategic analysis, oversight, and coordination of budgeting and forecasting. Amongst our responsibilities are a wide range of activities including financial control, forecasting and budgeting, analysis of financial/business metrics, delivery of weekly/monthly/quarterly management reporting, development of new reporting capabilities (e.g. dashboards), and advising the line of business CFOs on how to increase profitability and efficiencies.
