Position Highlights:

• Full-time, flexible schedule options, 8-4pm or 9-5pm

• 36 Direct Patient Care hours and 4 Administrative hours weekly

• Perform annual wellness visits and some acute care services to Medicare Advantage Patients

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Nursing
""
• Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner licensure in CT or ability to obtain

• Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the ANCC/AANP

• Unrestricted DEA license (or willing to obtain prior to start)

Connecticut Residents Only: The salary range for Connecticut residents is $90,500to $161,600.
