Executive Talent Acquisition Business Partner

ADP is hiring an experienced Executive Talent Acquisition Business Partner. In this position, you'll be responsible for attracting, sourcing and recruiting candidates for leadership level roles across the organization. The successful candidate will be well-versed in all aspects of an executive search including creative candidate sourcing, candidate generation and development, client management, and offer/negotiation for both internal & external candidates. This role reports into the Senior Director of Executive Talent Acquisition.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as a consultant to the business and advise them on market trends/competitive talent intelligence through developed expertise and knowledge, set clear expectations, and drive the client relationship.
  • Ensure the delivery of an exceptional recruitment experience to all stakeholders, including candidates, hiring leaders, colleagues and partners.
  • Develop a deeper and more diverse talent bench at the Executive level.
  • Grow strong partnerships with Executive Leaders and be a trusted talent advisor.
  • Facilitate the use of Behavioral Based Interview Methodology throughout the process.
  • Execution of employment branding strategy including supporting the ADP Careers social media and digital platforms.
  • Leverage the appropriate technology tools and resources needed to execute on search strategy.
  • Deliver results as measured by KPIs, including data integrity, time in process, candidate quality and diversity, process adherence, and candidate/stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Manage the internal applicant process as well as the employee referral process to ensure a consistent and positive experience for all parties.
  • Establish and manage relationships with key executive search partners as needed with the ability to drive process.
  • Integrate and deliver large-scope projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • 7+ years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience.
  • Track record of successfully executing complex, senior-level searches from inception to close.
  • Ability to develop and employ creative sourcing strategies across a multitude of channels, to include leveraging new and existing technologies with an emphasis on direct sourcing of passive talent.
  • Structured thinker with experience advising and influencing executive leadership decisions.
  • Experience developing and negotiating complex offers.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and leverage trust-based relationships to support the recruitment process.
  • Awareness of key employment laws and regulations surrounding executive recruitment (e.g. Pay Equity and EEOC Legislation, non-compete and non-solicitation agreements).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
