This individual will be responsible for working within the Chase Card Services Small Business Card group. The individual will be responsible for leading the card product, product line strategy, and supporting customer experience strategies for one of the most critical segments, the premium small business customer. Ink card product and product line strategy includes product ideation, development, and rollout, and this leader must collaborate closely with partners in Finance, Risk, Technology, and within the Ink Card team to drive successful outcomes.

This individual will work across partner functions and lines of business within Chase to ensure a comprehensive approach to product features and benefits is implemented. This will require someone with strong strategic leadership capabilities and organizational acumen. The successful candidate will be a card payment expert with demonstrated success navigating large, complex organizations to deliver exceptional customer benefits and experiences. The successful candidate will have a strong working knowledge of agile development practices, business development capabilities, and a data driven leadership mindset.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of proven financial product management and leadership experience; with a particular focus in credit cards and lending in general.
  • Bachelor's degree, Advanced degree preferred.
  • Extensive acquisition, portfolio and consumer credit card product experience combined with relationship management, product development and the ability to actively manage a P&L and project management experience is required.
  • Highly focused on the customer, with track record of continually improving the customer experience
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain profitable businesses in a highly competitive environment through marketing strategies and product development
  • Proven consumer marketing skills to include digital channels, mobile, social media, and direct to consumer
  • Exceptional leadership acumen to build great teams and attract top talent
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for creativity and innovation, but also a willingness to focus on details and process
  • Proven leadership and influencing skills and ability to collaborate across a highly matrixed team
  • Proven ability promoting a strong control environment by adhering to risk/control expectations, procedures, and processes
