The Customer Experience leader is responsible for partnering with the Auto Finance CMO/CX leader & CCB senior leadership team to create an end to end, best in class experience for our customers. The role will guide the transformation of our customer journey with a focus on growing engagement and loyalty among customers. The ideal candidate will set direction, drive change and innovation, inspire and coordinate cross functional teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience across every interaction. Successful candidate will oversee a team of customer experience business leads, analysts and project/program managers.
