The Transformation Lead role is a newly created position that will work across functions and develop the partnership between the Merchant Services CS&I Organization and the Helix Transformation team to support the delivery of target state tools to target state teams.The Merchant Services Client Service and Implementations (MS CS&I) team is comprised of: Implementations (Complex & Simple) and Servicing (Account Management & Issues Management). The team focuses on providing white glove service to the top clients within Merchant Services. Our job is to provide a best in class service experience to our clients and our employees.
