**Role/Product Description**


EMEA Liquidity Management Services (LMS) covers a large and diverse operating environment across 55+ markets. In parallel globally the LMS business has embarked on a complex, multi-year transformation program to realize the business vision of a Real-Time, Intelligent, Responsive and Global network. Within the LMS business our Cash Concentration is area and component of wider Liquidity Management product set. Our Cash concentration solutions are key enablers of treasury efficiency for our clients on a global basis, are extensively utilised and are part of the overall LMS transformation program.


The deployment of new LMS capabilities to EMEA is essential for growth across all clusters. New capabilities (including Liquidity Sharing, Limit Monitoring, XCCY Sweeps, Virtual Accounts, etc.) are being developed or deployed in EMEA. The EMEA LMS business is seeking a Product Development manager to coordinate and manage product development / readiness activities across the EMEA LMS book of work.


The EMEA Product Development manager will be responsible for managing the EMEA LMS Book of Work; managing, tracking and driving EMEA LMS product development activities and Product Readiness activities, while following the Product Launch Framework (PLF). The person will be responsible for close coordination with Product (global / cluster / other region) partners, technology, operations and implementations teams. This role reports into the EMEA LMS Product Development Head.


**Responsibilities include:**


+ Product Development - work with Global Product Development team and drive rollout of new products and feature expansion. Align with multiple stakeholders to deliver product developments into the EMEA operating environment, following all necessary processes and approval procedures.

+ Manage the EMEA LMS Book of Work and coordinate to ensure readiness activities identified/completed for LMS rollouts.

+ Product Launch Framework - follow PLF for all development activities in coordination with product managers.

+ Investment Spend - drive EMEA LMS investment spend processes including improvements to quality of inputs and process.

+ Reporting and Visibility - create framework for efficient sharing, distribution of information with Global/Regional/Cluster teams. Tracking of actions in the development process, including holding owners accountable.

+ Management - work with EMEA LMS Product Development head on execution plan to bring Base-offset functionality into product governance.

+ Digitisation and Driving Client Experience - support CEX agenda including improvement of product Digital Product Ratings and eSignature enablement.


**And**


+ Represent customer needs and provide strategic direction on product development features, functionality and overall competitiveness

+ Partners with sales teams to identify client opportunities and with the client management organization to meet with prospective clients and to size new opportunities

+ Build consensus and awareness of value proposition throughout the organization and key partners

+ Participates in and prepares materials for the Product Approval Program and related processes, ensures products are delivered and adhere to all parameters globally

+ Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, legal, implementations, and sales to deliver solutions for Citi clients

+ Refines and produces sector-specific marketing material that will arm sales force with the tools necessary to grow Citis business


**Qualifications:**


+ Level of expertise and demonstrated experience in Product Management and/or Product Development discipline

+ Ability to apply ingenuity and creativity to problem analysis and resolution in complicated and/or novel situations

+ Knowledge of agile principles, specifically the product owner role a plus

+ Experience with and confidence in delivering presentations to clients and senior managers

+ Developed diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers

+ Understanding of design thinking a plus

+ Technology/ Engineering degree a plus

+ Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

+ Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills


**Education:**


+ Bachelors/University degree or equivalent
