As an Employee Relations Investigations Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:Providing note taking services for internal ER meetings.  These meetings form a critical part of our investigations into conduct and non-conduct matters and form part of our obligations in relation to our Grievance and Disciplinary processes.  The notes taken will provide non-verbatim documentation which will then be used to help to determine the outcome of these cases and can be used in legal proceedings if required.Attending meetings as a note taker and then typing up the notes in a timely manner following the meeting and providing them to the ER Partners for review. The note taker will be working on multiple cases at any one time and will need to be able to identify the cases that are more urgent and prioritize accordingly.Depending on the volume of note taking required, it is possible that this role may also involve some wider support of the Investigations Coordinators.
