Division IT Manager, Exotic Metals Forming, a Division of Parker Hannifin Aerospace This position is responsible for managing direction and daily activities of the Division Information Technology Team, developing and implementing information systems and services for a multisite division with 3 US locations headquartered in Kent, WA. Plans and manages resources including IT staff, contractors, department budget, software and hardware to deliver optimized technology solutions. Primarily focused on infrastructure, security, compliance and service management. Possesses a deep knowledge of IT Operations, business processes, and has supported ERP, financial, supply chain, operations and engineering applications. Develops division strategic plans in accordance with management expectations and needs, incorporates enterprise systems solutions, and supports Group and Corporate IT directions and goals. Partners with division staff personnel while reporting to the Group VP IT with a strong dotted line to the Division Director of Operations.

+ Develops of the annual division information technology plan, budget forecast, and subsequent review and reporting. Ensures IT budgets are fully developed and agreed upon by division and group leadership.

+ Implements and maintains practices and policies for standard operation and performance of the division.

+ Improves IT operational efficiencies, leading Lean initiatives, driving cost efficiencies, and implementing best practice standards and documentation.

+ Partners with division functional teams to understand needs and develop a roadmap for delivering enhanced capabilities, new technology and systems.

+ Reviews and maintains the compliance of systems to established standards in order to assure future flexibility and maintainability, keeping existing systems up to date and secure by upgrading, enhancing, and patching.

+ Acts with division, group and corporate resources to implement best practice Infrastructure and security processes and technology, enhancing systems and process to be SOX compliant, including disaster recovery plans, vulnerability remediation, and compliance with government regulations such as ITAR, DFARS, EAR and CMMC.

+ Provides professional and timely feedback to the corporation through established channels (semi-annual IT meetings, work groups, technology councils, etc.) to identify new business opportunities for information technology applications and investments.

+ Leads, coaches, develops, recruits, and maintains a high performing staff and divisional IT organization.

+ Oversees division adherence to corporate IT standards, directions and goals, determining which systems should be Division solutions vs Enterprise, planning for each and executing.


+ 10+ years managerial experience in Information Technology

+ Business and systems experience in multisite manufacturing environment. Exposure to ERP, EDI, MES, Disaster Recovery, Compliance and Security Preferred

+ Leadership skills: Oral/written communication, coaching/mentoring/team building, customer service, organization, and planning.

+ Hands-on project leadership of major IT change initiatives

+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills

+ Excellent budget management skills

+ Must be a US Citizen
