As part of our strategic growth plan, we are looking for a high-performing Global Director of Strategic Accounts that uses their leadership and strategic mindset to drive Dura-line's objectives.

The incumbent in this role will lead us to success by building a unique, global, future-fit key account partnership strategy for the entire business. We offer you creative freedom, empowerment, and the opportunity to lead and develop our talented Key Accounts sales team who win by dreaming big.
Agility, creativity, and a passion to succeed are the keys to success. You will coach and mentor to our global teams as well as be a influence and advise our Key Accounts team.

To hit the ground running, you need to have firsthand experience of creating a successful and robust global Strategic Key Accounts management process, with proven results of optimizing and enhancing multi-faceted relationships. Critical to the role will be delivering profitable growth plans and being able to manage through the differing customer and business needs while offering the best-in-class customer-centric experience. Your global leadership experience, project management, execution skills, and strategic account subject-matter expertise will be vital to your contributions as a key member of the commercial sales team as you shape and "create what connects us."

This role is home-based in the United States with a global focus. There will be national and global travel involved, however, we expect all of our leaders to create a professional work/life balanced approach in their roles.
