We are looking for an amazing, data-driven marketer to own the content creation and digital marketing for Springbuk. You will manage a diverse team of marketers: Content & Creative, Demand Generation (Inbound Marketing), Healthiest Employers Awards, and Digital Marketing/Advertising. This team will celebrate by achieving goals across sourced revenue, sourced opportunities, and marketing influence. Here's what you will do:

  • Align the Marketing team with sales growth objectives by measuring marketing influence across a myriad of projects and teams.
  • Manage, refine, and, when necessary, evolve industry-leading content with a mission to define and lead the Health Intelligence category. Ensure that all marketing/sales assets, including the corporate website, meet this standard.
  • Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts qualified buyers to our marketing content hosted on our website (including blog posts, webinars, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).
  • Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing to align content with the buyer journey through email, content, and social channels.
  • Share marketing metrics with executive leaders across the entire company. Identify what is working and opportunities for improvement as you are the senior marketer at Springbuk.
  • Manage third party paid media, associations, and content production teams.
  • Manage Marketing budget ensuring that cost of acquisition is within financial expectations. Continually find ways to more efficiently direct marketing resources.
  • Collaborate with designers, product marketers, sales professionals, and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.

A successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar discipline or equivalent experience
  • 5-7+ years of experience in developing and executing an effective Marketing Content Strategy in a B2B SaaS environment
  • 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional marketing teams
  • 5+ years managing content marketing creation and activation process
  • Knowledge of health technology or health benefits markets
  • Proven competency in optimizing a multi-faceted marketing/sales technology stack (Salesforce, Pardot, SalesLoft, 6Sense)
  • Comfort with measuring and communicating key marketing metrics across a cross-functional team
  • Excellent communicator (especially in written form) and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
  • Highly motivated, self-starter, flexible, and accommodating
  • Excellent project and deadline management skills

Not required but a plus:

  • Experience using HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience in insurance or healthcare industry
