As aDirector of Content at ADP, you will work with a highly creative and fun team building new innovative solutions. As our Content leader, you directly impact and work as part of our development team building and integrating tools to deliver experiences that our marketing, sales and service teams love. This role is a great opportunity to contribute to projects that allow you to provide a better experience without limiting your creativity by what we already use.
As a Director of Content, you willuse your entire range of user experience design, data analytics and content optimization to craftinnovative solutions. Our best content developers have a knack for taking a holistic approach to delivering value and delighting our clients. You'll use your keen curiosity to gather information to untangle client problems and understand that tapping into your team can provide the best outcomes. You have a passion for collaboration and savor thought experimentation and iteration in the content creation process.
You will have responsibility for the strategic direction, design, creation, delivery, and maintenance of HR best practice and compliance content for ADP's small and mid-sized businesses. You’ll provide direction and thought leadership across a broad range of HR and Payroll topics in the form of electronic collateral, client webcasts/ podcasts, and online knowledge, tools and resources.
To thrive in this role, you should have experience in content design and development, UX or related field. Working knowledge of design, development and CCMS tools. Distilling qualitative and quantitative feedback to unearth recurring themes and promote data-driven decisions. Interpreting data, generating insights, and recommending optimizations/new strategies. Exceptional storytelling skills and demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and compellingly, excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a portfolio of writing experience.
You're a leader - you know how to match people's unique skills to the tasks at hand and inspire people to do their best. Your visions are multi-media - sure, you write, but you see and dream in visual, audio and written format.
