ADP is hiring a Director, Content Development

As aDirector of Content at ADP, you will work with a highly creative and fun team building new innovative solutions. As our Content leader, you directly impact and work as part of our development team building and integrating tools to deliver experiences that our marketing, sales and service teams love. This role is a great opportunity to contribute to projects that allow you to provide a better experience without limiting your creativity by what we already use. 

As a Director of Content, you willuse your entire range of user experience design, data analytics and content optimization to craftinnovative solutions. Our best content developers have a knack for taking a holistic approach to delivering value and delighting our clients. You'll use your keen curiosity to gather information to untangle client problems and understand that tapping into your team can provide the best outcomes. You have a passion for collaboration and savor thought experimentation and iteration in the content creation process.  

You will have responsibility for the strategic direction, design, creation, delivery, and maintenance of HR best practice and compliance content for ADP's small and mid-sized businesses. You’ll provide direction and thought leadership across a broad range of HR and Payroll topics in the form of electronic collateral, client webcasts/ podcasts, and online knowledge, tools and resources. 

To thrive in this role, you should have experience in content design and development, UX or related field. Working knowledge of design, development and CCMS tools. Distilling qualitative and quantitative feedback to unearth recurring themes and promote data-driven decisions. Interpreting data, generating insights, and recommending optimizations/new strategies. Exceptional storytelling skills and demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and compellingly, excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a portfolio of writing experience.

What You'll Do: 

Here's what you can expect on a typical day:  

• Planning.When acting as a hands on content developer for the team,your job is to plan ahead,anticipatingwhat the content team needs to build.You'll do research, writing and perform final editreview while managing the editorial calendar with the product and legal teams.  
• User Research. Gather and measure visitor insights and capture evolving customer needs and market learnings. Translates insights into action in the form of client content, toolkits, and best practice. Creates closed loop process using digital insights and feedback.You have a desire and aptitude for spotting User Experience trends and turning them into enterprise recommendations.  
• Facilitate Discussion.Yourcommunication skills are vital toyoursuccessas Director of Content, whether in discussions withteam members, client users,executives orpeers. Being vocal in your craft is valuable to this role. You’ll represent the business at cross functional strategic conversations and manage a diverse set of partners and stakeholders working with senior leaders across ADP. 
• Strategy.You will be part of our senior leadership team setting and shaping our strategic goals (OKRs).  Managing the strategy, development, maintenance, and inventory of HR product content, including forms, job descriptions, state and federal policies, weekly articles and communications, blogs, landing pages, state and federal compliance updates, infographics, and Toolkits. 
• Thought Leadership.You're comfortable working within multiple HR and Payroll domains even those that may be new to you. Stays current on industry HR best practices and changing employment laws and impacts to the small business owner. Maintains SPHR or equivalent certification and acts as a point of escalation for complex HR inquiries.
• People leadership. Full lifecycle people leader. Sets short and long-term strategic goals and assignments in order to meet objectives.
• Experience. You have 12+ years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.

• You'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent.
