We are seeking a self-starter passionate about the art and science of digital marketing. You will manage and optimise marketing campaigns in the Northern Europe region of the UK, Ireland, and Nordics. This all-round role will enable you to work on campaigns through the full marketing funnel across paid, earned, and owned channels including: performance media, ATL, web, app, CRM, loyalty, and referrals.

Role Responsibilities

  • Support the Marketing Manager & the Northern Europe go to marketing team implementing regional business priorities.
  • Campaign management across digital channels whilst applying the test and learn approach to optimise and improve our overall performance to acquire and retain loyal customers to drive revenue.
  • Analysing data to recommend, coordinate, optimise, and implement robust marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the marketing and go to market teams (product, content, analytics, and pricing) as well as other regional and global cross-functional stakeholders.

Role Requirements

  • Proven experience and results whilst managing digital marketing campaigns across paid, earned, and owned media to drive customer acquisition and retention, e.g.: search, social, programmatic, online video, app store optimisation, search engine optimisation, conversion rate optimisation, affiliates, referrals, loyalty, and CRM.
  • Naturally detail-oriented, highly analytical, and have a data and results-driven approach with a keen eye for creative.
  • Experience of creating insightful marketing intelligence to drive positive action.
  • A good communicator who can build relationships and influence decisions with excellent project management experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member who is comfortable and thrive working under pressure in a competitive and fast-changing environment, whilst multi-tasking priorities.
  • A passion for digital marketing as well as keeping up to date with the latest digital marketing trends is a definite plus.
