Digital Education Support Analyst

ADP is hiring a Digital Education Support Analyst. The Analyst acts as the champion for the Retirement Services Education team and point support person for the Retirement Communication Manager (RCM) teams on the development and delivery of Client, Advisor, and Participant Education presentations, collateral, and digital webcast.

Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the champion for the Retirement Services Education team and point support person for the Retirement Communication Manager (RCM) teams on the development and delivery of educational presentations, collateral, and digital webcast.
  • Researches the appropriate method and strategy to be used to successfully complete an education request. Helps identify and implement new internal procedures for improving the quality of the Education Department.
  • Coordinates & executes mass emails to clients as necessary.
  • Provides metrics/reporting to monitor activity, results and effectiveness as needed.
  • Maintains comprehensive knowledge of applicable products, including Adobe Suite, PowerPoint, WebEx, and ON24 operating systems.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

 

  • 5+ years experience in digital education and/or marketing
  • Experience supporting a client facing team
  • Proficient use of tools to support daily functions such as Adobe Suite, PowerPoint, and WebEx

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Retirement Services/401K product Experience
  • Digital Education Platform knowledge
  • Demonstrates strong oral/written communication skills.
  • Proficient use of tools to support daily functions such as Microsoft Office Products
  • Utilizes strategic thinking, analyzes impact, makes independent decisions, drives results, problem solves
  • Demonstrates strong presentation skills. Ability to coordinate and take lead on calls and in meetings.
