As a Digital Content & Adoption Lead, you support one or more HR products and be a key member of the aligned Product Teams. The goal of the Product Team is to maximize productivity and deliver value to customers. You will be in lock step with Product Manager(s) (who are accountable for prioritizing the book of work including digital/technology enhancements), and responsible for understanding your customers and their needs, developing content to support new functionality and using data and feedback to continuously simplify, enhance and promote content to drive adoption and enhanced experience. Examples include embedded self-help, notifications and knowledge management.
