We are seeking a talented strategy and business operations manager to join the Digital Communications team to oversee critical strategic operations of our product area, working both within the product and with cross-functional stakeholders. The role will have four focus areas: 1) Serve as the primary point of contact with Finance, overseeing budget, organizational strategy, and hiring needs across Product and Technology, enabling the delivery of our roadmap 2) Deliver compelling reporting and communications that articulate and advocate our strategy, initiatives, processes, and performance to stakeholders 3) Establish and track key metrics driving product performance 4) Support other strategic and operational projects as necessary
