The Digital Client Service Product delivery within CIB is a team split across multiple locations working on new product deliveries across the digital client space. The focus of this role is on testing of technology in order to drive revenue growth for the organization. As a member of our Quality Assurance team, you'll collaborate with high-performing development teams to ensure that our products not only work as they should, but meet the needs of our clients. The DCS Product Delivery QA Analyst will partner with Digital Markets product owners to obtain a full understanding of required features and the end to end flow, technology partners to build a two way working relationship, and other QA resources to adopt best practices across products.
