Sentry Management is seeking a Dedicated Services Coordinator within Association Accounting Services to join our Corporate Support Center in Longwood, Florida. This role is a specialized position focusing on internal customer service to maintain a high level of satisfaction. This position will work cross-functionally with regional and local leaders and home office support teams and will coordinate with those teams as required. The ideal candidate must enjoy working in a fast-paced, challenging environment, be a team player, bring a quick resolution to all problems, and have excellent interpersonal skills, and have a willingness to learn and grow.

This position aims to provide strategic, operational support, feedback, direction, and guidance to the team and divisions that they support.

Job Duties:

This is a general list and is not intended to be compressive:

  • Professionally handle incoming calls from customers/clients and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
  • Attend to internal customer service issues and ensure effective and long-term problem resolution
  • Have an understanding of each function within the department
  • Collaborate with other regional Coordinators to improve service and participate in regional calls as requested
  • Support regional offices to:
    1. Investigate accounts receivable ledger and payment inquiries for accuracy
    2. Ensure timely posting/processing of homeowner/attorney payments to accounting system
    3. Maintain Assessment Management Policy schedule
    4. Ensure timely updating of new homeowner information into association database
    5. Ensure timely billing of delinquent services and mailing of delinquent notices for past due receivables
    6. Maintain accurate accounts receivable report for monthly association financial package
    7. Be the liaison between local & regional divisions and Association attorneys

Applicant Must Have:

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Must exhibit a positive, cooperative, and friendly attitude, especially under pressure
  • Microsoft Suite experience
  • Computer literate and able to manage a diversified workload
  • Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment- Demonstrates commitment to perform above and beyond the essential functions of the job
  • Self-starter who exhibits initiative and internal motivation to achieve goals, including those beyond standard expectations
  • Enthusiasm - Displays genuine interest, excitement and eagerness toward job, company, partners, and prospective customers
  • Ability to talk regularly over the phone with customers and co-workers up to eight (8) hours per day

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Previous work experience in customer service, property management or account management position, preferred.
