cxLoyalty - Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst

As part of the Data and Analytics Team, the Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for tracking and analyze call center KPI and trends across the cxLoyalty JPMorgan Chase travel platforms. The analyst will work with the global services delivery team to understand business needs and objectives and develop customized reports. They will proactively identify opportunities to maximize the use of information and technology to improve service or business processes. This data and analysis are used to support the business in the areas of finance and accounting, operations, marketing, product, client relations, and other areas.
