The Communicate with Me Analytics Business Analysis Associate II provides in-depth analytic support by developing business cases based on cost, benefit and customer experience criteria, provides insights/root causes driving business results, identifies new operational and process opportunities to better protect our customers and/or improve customer experience. The individual filling this role must be able to work independently on large projects involving capacity planning and optimization to achieve specific business targets, develop and operationalize business rules in automated environment, and perform end to end monitoring and evaluation of strategy effectiveness. This individual must possess excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills needed for executive presentations. The individual will need leverage superior interpersonal skills to work effectively with various levels of leadership and partners from other lines of business.
