Were growing rapidly and are currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist to support our [Westminster, CO office.



Responsibilities

  • Support our SaaS-based CoalfireOne platform which is used to technology-enable our customers governance, risk and compliance efforts
  • Triage tickets using the JIRA platform and providing customer support to end users
  • Manage multiple tickets with varying issues, escalating issues to the appropriate teams
  • Support an outstanding customer experience for both internal and external customers
  • Answer support tickets within our SLA
  • Support a complex enterprise system
  • Follow up on specific issues to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
  • Communicate and collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams on customer needs


Qualifications

  • A passion for excellent customer experience and a proven track record of putting customers first
  • Knowlege of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently or as a team player
  • 1-3 years previous experience in a support environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
