As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing day to day operations of your section which includes direct management of 10-15 non-exempt staff members. You will be responsible for staff and process performance including productivity and quality. Each section works within stringent time constraints and in a high volume, dynamic environment. You will execute established procedures and policies within established operational policies and budgets; ensuring adherence to applicable guidelines; and make timely recommendations for production/service improvements
