Role Description – Cybersecurity and Technology Controls (CTC) Service Desk – Product Support Team – Scrum Master (Plano) The CTC Service Desk Product Support Team is a global, specialised cyber controls Team run by experts that is data-driven and focuses on automation, process improvement, self-service, and cyber control advice to our customers. The team are always audit ready and focus on removing pain points from both CTC and its customers. This is a new Team with an exciting scope of adding value, reducing risk, and improving the quality of service delivered. The candidate will be the AGILE Scrum Master for the team tasked with administering, controlling, and facilitating the numerous process improvement tasks in the Product Support Teams’ book of work.
