Citi's RPMO is responsible for ensuring that the Risk Management & Business has the right technical tools to assist in the lending and Risk Management process, and that all systems are compliant with the Risk Management policies.

The RPMO team is a global team, with business analysts and project managers, being responsible for understanding the risk management and business requirements, creatively propose alternate and more efficient ways of operating, and representing the users in prioritization meetings, and interacting with technology to ensure delivery of a sound product within the required timelines and budget.

**In this position you will use and expand your experience and professional skills for the following responsibilities:**

+ manage, deliver and implement of CCB (Citi Commercial Bank) Risk related projects;

+ define business requirements for change;

+ assist with scoping out concepts/ideas and defining benefits of change;

+ identify business impact of change; identify business tasks to support change implementation

+ understand applicable credit policies, industry regulations and the requisite impact of those governance items to prospective new partners or product initiatives

+ establish and leverage cross-functional partnerships and network with key internal and external constituencies

+ manage key business relationships effectively, including managing expectations about delivery timelines

+ prepare risk management presentations for senior management that include analytics on expected portfolio performance and areas of potential risk and/or opportunity

**Ideal background:**

+ Master's degree preferred

+ 6+ years of experience in corporate credit risk management or equivalent training and experience preferably in the financial services industry

+ Proven ability to apply credit and risk principles toward business goals

+ Demonstrated ability to synthesize and prioritize

+ Proven ability to remain organized in a fast-paced environment

+ Demonstrated interpersonal, organizational and analytic skills
