The Credit Journey Deepening team is seeking an experienced analytical leader who is intellectually-curious, highly organized, and possesses an innate bias for action to work with our Consumer Bank and Financial Tools partners to elevate Credit Journey as a tool, to aid in their pursuit of strategic objectives. The role will center on leveraging the Credit Journey platform and data environments to improve growth and include partnering to deliver non-financial outcomes that build long-term customer loyalty. The ideal candidate has a finance or acquisitions background with robust experience developing, prioritizing, and delivering diverse roadmaps - having led delivery of tech initiatives, marketing campaigns, and the development of new capabilities. You will demonstrate a track record of success in financial services, they understand a range of consumer banking needs, and have significant background working with data and analytics partners to inform data-driven marketing decisions. Lastly, they have proven themselves at establishing a shared vision across disparate teams and executing against that vision, with specific experience as a finance, marketing, or business manager.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute against a comprehensive deepening roadmap for one or multiple Line Of Businesses (LOB)
- Implement financial product acquisition offers (x-LOB offers in-app and Credit Journey-data powered offers off-platform)
- Serve as product owner / lead on deepening-related tech initiatives
- Prioritize the deepening roadmap in an ever-changing environment
- Collaborate closely with other pillar leads and technology partners on product development and 6 quarter roadmap
- Provide thought leadership for ways to create additional value from new offerings built off of relevant, cross-LOB digital assets
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Prior experience in financial services industry; previous experience in finance or acquisition marketing: digital product management/development or strategy experience preferred; familiar with P/L metrics and what impacts them
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience
- A track record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, work ethic, proactively setting and achieving challenging goals, ability to work independently, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership
- Openness to an environment of active developmental feedback from peers and managers; eagerness to work in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment
- Must have excellent and efficient skills using MS Excel and PowerPoint tools
- Bachelors degree required
- Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, communicate effectively and confidently (both verbal and written), and demonstrated influencing skills to work in cross-functional teams
