Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience as a corporate and transactional attorney focused on mergers, acquisitions and other transactions involving Delaware corporations, limited liability companies and/or limited partnerships, corporate governance and fiduciary duties, third-party opinions and nonconsolidation opinions, joint-venture and fund formation, and/or statutory ratifications.

Excellent academic credentials and the ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form are required. Prior experience working in a major law firm or reputable corporate practice is preferred. Must be a Delaware licensed attorney.
