The Reservations Coordinator is in charge of all core team performance and also maintains communication with other stations.

What you'll do

  • Understands, communicates and implements corporate policies and procedures

  • Supports and guides customer service managers in their functions (coaching, evaluations, recognition).

  • Supports and guides operation specialists and ensures employees have all the tools and training to perform their job.

  • Works in conjunction with the manpower planning team to achieve operational goals and projects.

  • Leads and motivates employee’s teamwork and promotes employee engagement activities.

  • Oversees and coordinates the implementation of new projects with office manager.

  • Supports and oversees office facilities maintenance.

  • Collaborates with employee hire, promotion, discharge or transfer processes, utilizing corporate and country guidelines.

  • Promotes employee development through coaching, counseling and direction ensuring service quality.

  • Coordinates team’s skills and technical training.

  • Follow-up on individual development plan for leadership team members.

  • Maintains rapport with AA departments both in the reservations and outside the RES organization. Also, with outside vendors.

  • Promotes internal initiatives and active engagement of employees. 

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Must be able to lead and motivate others to maintain excellent teamwork
  • Proactive. Must be decisive and able to work under pressure
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines
  • Adapts to flexible hours or extended shifts when required
  • Outstanding self-time management and attendance is a must
  • IRES course required, AACORN knowledge preferred
  • High school certificate/college degree, or equivalent experience required
  • 5-years minimum work experience in RES
  • Previous supervisory experience and knowledge of AA budgeting, policies, and procedures preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and coaching skills
  • Demonstrates strong administrative, analytical, and organizational skills 
  • Valid passport and US visa required
