This role will be part of CCB™s Holistic Lifecycle Management (HLM) team and be aligned to one of the firm™s many Control Domain Authorities (CDA™s). Control Domain Authorities are firmwide forums that establish controls and procedures to ensure the security and stability of our technology environment. As a CDA-Aligned Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple Workstreams in support of that agenda. You will partner with teams across Technology and Controls to lead programs to secure data, prevent unauthorized access and upgrade infrastructure components.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively lead the governance and management of multiple large-scale Workstreams with appropriate levels of stakeholder management, working group execution and status reporting.
  • Identify process improvements, monitor progress and drive execution related to mission critical control procedures.
  • Partner with senior business leadership and technology teams to define requirements and vet solutions; create order out of ambiguity; set direction and ensure compliance.
  • Provide periodic, executive level communications of progress to IT senior management including recommendations in resolving issues/concerns.
  • Establish approach and define work activities to achieve the CDA mission & vision.
  • Drive CCB Products and Product Owners to achieve and maintain CDA compliance.
  • Partner with peer CDA-Aligned Program Managers to research, implement and evaluate best practices and improve processes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency across the CDA.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive Project and Program management experience
  • Comfortable working in an extremely fast paced environment, meeting deadlines and prioritizing accordingly.
  • Proactive pragmatic problem solver and œout-of-the box analytical thinker that is capable of challenging the operating norm and making recommendations.
  • Demonstrate ability to synthesize information, prioritize business goals and drive results with a high sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Strong organization and planning skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including strong meeting facilitation skills.
  • Mastery in documenting/managing decisions, issues and risks across multiple projects.
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to lead and influence without having positional authority.
  • Analytical thinking (analyze data provided by application teams and identify gaps/risks).
  • Experience interacting with and communicating to senior management.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading cross functional projects and initiatives.
  • Strong client relationship skills.
  • Style that promotes a culture of diversity, collaboration and teamwork.
