In the role of Control Systems Specialist the candidate we hire will be responsible for taking full ownership in the Field for assigned System Support Agreements and Spot Service Calls.

Duties are not limited to, but will include the following:

Attend System Support Agreement kickoff meeting with Account Executive and Customer on assigned SSAs. Expectation is for the individual to attain a full working knowledge of account.

Work with System Support Manager to document covered equipment and schedule Preventative Maintenance on assigned SSAs.

Perform all scheduled on site system inspection and preventive maintenance tasks.

Oversee Midlevel and Apprentice Technicians to ensure preventative maintenance of control systems and components meets ENE Systems standards and the expectations of our Customers.

Perform walkthrough and review of assigned SSAs with Midlevel and Apprentice Technicians.

Carry out System Utilization Review of system software to ensure the operating logic is performing optimally.

Perform and document complex maintenance and service procedures for our SSA and Spot Service Customers.

Communicate on a daily basis with the Service Coordinators and ENE Systems Service Customers.

Responsible for efficiently managing the Technician labor hours on assigned SSAs.

Uncover abnormal system conditions and initiate corrective action in accordance with customer's approval.

Work with Service Coordinators and PC Service Technician to ensure HMI Services are performed at Customer Site.

Perform Remote Diagnostics with customer's Building Automation System for the purpose of system point verification, interrogating and assisting Customers.

Provide technical assistance and training to Midlevel and apprentice technicians.

Perform all controller back-ups and G.U.I. back-ups on assigned SSAs

Responsible for turning over all controller database back-ups, G.U.I. backups to PC Technician for storage on ENE Systems server.

Demonstrate a solid working knowledge of simple to complex control systems and associated devices.

Full comprehension of job scope and ENE Systems responsibilities.

Any other duties, as assigned

Candidate should have a 2-year technical degree or equivalent field experience.

Candidate should possess a valid Driver's License

5-8 years experience in a Lead Technical role
