We are looking for an inspirational, inventive, and results-oriented Program Manager to lead our content strategy within AWS Educate. Our content is focused on building new pathways, courses, and labs for our global learners.

We are looking for a Program Manager to join our team in defining our content strategy and work closely with our curriculum development team to build new engaging experience for our customers. As a Program manager in this role you will be a core member of the AWS Educate team to define, deliver and write curriculum requirement documents for new scalable content to be offered around the world.

This role can be performed near any US AWS office in the following cities: Jersey City, Atlanta, Arlington, Boston, Dallas, Denver, Seattle



Role and Responsibilities Also Include:
· Supports content roadmap for AWS Educate
· Drive content strategy (pathways, labs, courses, badges) for AWS Educate
· Own the data collection to make data driven recommendations for existing content
· Work daily with the curriculum development team
· Establish cross-functional global relationships at the executive and individual contributor levels across different T&C and field teams
· Develop strong internal relationships with key internal stakeholders to identify new opportunities for learners
· Prepare business reviews for different levels of management to confirm and/or reinforce overall drivers of the customer experience and provide actionable recommendations for both product and service improvements.
· Define global market requirements and synthesize customer input and conduct market research to understand key industry trends, differences across geographic regions, or competitive activities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 4+ years working working in program management
· 4 years experience working with large data sets
· 4 years experience writing detailed documents focused on driving content or marketing strategy
· Experience managing and performing in-depth analytics including combining survey research with transactional data to perform trend / correlation analysis are required.
· Ability to gather global input for our various internal and external customers
· Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing or business

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Previously owned an organization content strategy
· Advanced degree (MBA, or other applicable advanced degree preferred).
· Excellent verbal presentation and written communication skills are required including the ability to deliver presentations and documents to senior management
· 5 + years in program management or educational leadership position
· Prior experience with Qualtrics or similar survey analytics platform
· Demonstrated ability to measure the impact of change, both quantitatively and qualitatively.
· High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision. · Experience focusing on customer experience, advocacy, customer insights/analytics.
· Market or primary research experience.
· Experience working directly and cross functionally with program or product stakeholders environment.

· Technical fluency; comfort understanding and discussing educational concepts, schedule trade-offs and new opportunities with technical team members.

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $83,200 - $145,500/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
