The Vice President, Consumer Payments, Strategy & Business Management Lead will report to the Managing Director leading payments activation, next generation experiences, Zelle and transfers. The successful candidate will join the leadership team in a demanding, high growth/visibility role. The Chase consumer digital payments team continues to rapidly grow across our investments, innovations and new customer experiences. We are seeking a talented and impactful individual with high IQ and EQ to help build team culture, help set and drive change, and connect the dots on a strategic agenda spanning multiple teams, partners and LOBs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, a strong strategic thinker, strong communicator and also focused on execution. This candidate should also have superior influencing/relationship management and team leadership skills.
