The Control Management Organization Quality Analysis Manager will be responsible for implementing key strategic initiatives to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the Asset & Wealth Management and Consumer & Community Banking quality assurance testing program. The position will include evaluating end-to-end risks based on the business̢۪s legal, regulatory, control, and operating environments and developing testing to appropriately monitor and report on the risks. To accomplish these objectives, the individual will work closely with the business units, controls partners, quality testing and support teams, and will interact with various levels of management in regard to governance, process improvement and enterprise-wide risk and controls evaluation. Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to quickly adapt to change and self motivation are required for this position.
