Research, Analysis and Reporting:

  • Study and draw accurate conclusions from multiple data sources
  • Translate findings into a data driven story, easy to understand reports, and presentations for management
  • Ability to communicate and execute to a business strategy
  • Suggest improvement ideas from analytical findings and manage projects to bring to fruition
  • Develop and maintain positive and effective working relationships with peers and business partners to better understand business objectives and strategy
  • In partnership with other business partners and leads, communicate insights and recommendations to drive improvements
  • Support product team in assessing effectiveness of initiatives and fixes, providing feedback for pre and post implementation tracking

Management:

  • Establish regular cadence with respective line of business management and business support teams; share analysis results and identify solutions
  • Lead meetings with key business partners to process a variety of data points into a cohesive report structure
  • Ensure team understanding of business strategy, objectives and needs
  • Partner with lines of business to drive initiatives to completion; identify key performance indicators and report/track progress and results
  • Perform impact assessment and policy reviews
  • Provide updates and business results to Executive leadership
  • Capability to lead or manage matrix or direct reports

Qualifications:

  • Requires in depth knowledge of business operations processes, data analysis, project management and internal change management structure/procedures
  • Prefer 7+ years of related experience in Business Management, Operations Management and/or Business Support functions
  • Proven track record of defining metrics, transforming large amounts of data into meaningful business views and identifying data improvement opportunities
  • Understanding of the Fraud and Customer Protection Services (FCPS) operational processes, data and technology platforms is a plus
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand business requirements
  • Must have good understanding of Program/Project management disciplines
  • Must have proven ability to work with large-scale/complex issues with all levels of management. Ability to work effectively across functional and organizational lines
  • Exemplifies the highest standards in words and actions; can identify a problem and develop solutions in partnership with peers or team members and can translate œbig picture to impact details
  • Experience working remotely with a supervisor and/or other team members
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred (data sets, linked workbooks, complex formulas, Pivot Tables, V-Look ups)
  • Requires expert level in PowerPoint and visualization of data
  • Experience with Tableau and/or SQL a plus but not required
  • Experience in an Agile/sprint environment preferred but not required
  • Bachelor™s Degree or equivalent experience
