**About the Role**

The role sits within our Product Development team and is responsible for managing the CitiManager Reporting platform and bringing our clients data to life as simply and insightfully as possible. You will work to guide the strategic direction of the platform, improve the client experience, and act as Product Owner as part of our Agile Development team.


+ Guide and lead CitiManager Reporting strategy, working closely with users and user feedback, sales, account management, and product managers across Commercial Cards to identify and address gaps in user experience.

+ Work with established user personas to understand the highest value enhancements that solve business and client needs.

+ Understand the Commercial Cards data landscape and identify areas where Citi can continue to differentiate.

+ Define metrics & KPIs to demonstrate success and progress in improving the platform.

+ Serve as a product evangelist for CitiManager Reporting both internally and externally and bring external-in perspectives to how Citi Commercial Cards builds a usable, scalable, reliable platform.

+ Partner with designers, software engineers, and sales teams to build and maintain the CitiManager Reporting platform. Partner with Technology leaders to influence end-state architecture and drive secure, resilient, performant and scalable technology solutions.

+ Be responsible for fostering a strong agile discipline and inspiring teams to continuously improve delivery evidenced through key agility metrics.

+ Work with development and upstream systems to ensure that all relevant documentation is clear and simple.


+ Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred

+ 6+ years of product management experience.

+ Experience improving user experience of a software tool required.

+ Willingness to make commitments and trade-offs with other leaders to remove impediments.

+ Focus on delivering value in an iterative way focusing on minimum viable products.

+ Strong leadership skills, and ability to drive change and build strong relationships

+ Excellent collaboration and communication skills - leading execution across teams, influencing across organizations in small teams, and larger group presentation formats.

+ Proven analytical skills and intellectual curiosity.

+ Comfort with ambiguity in a changing business environment, navigating between the big ideas and executional realities to create an achievable strategic Product Vision.

+ Experience in ETL software engineering or product development preferred.

+ Experience with reporting tools such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, or others preferred.

+ Commercial cards experience preferred.
