As the Manager of the Client Experience team, you will be responsible for leading the client facing team that supports the client in Commercial Card activities the client. The team is responsible for engaging directly with Commercial Cards top strategic Clients acting as single point of contact between our clients, Relationship Managers, Sales and J.P. Morgan internal groups, such as Operations, communicating with clients to understand their needs providing trending analysis, working on client specific programs and coordinating across businesses to complete those activities.
