This role plays a strategic advisor to the CB Business Transformation leadership team. The Business Manager drives the production of executive presentations and participates in initiatives that help take the business forward. This is a highly visible role with direct interaction and partnership with various senior stakeholders. The successful candidate will learn core business processes and develop all people, process, and technology components required to support a best-in-class organization.

Your first three months, you™ll:

  • Engage with senior leaders to review our culture, vision and strategy
  • Get to know your colleagues and learn the CBMO and F+BM businesses
  • Shadow experts on your team who can share the skills and knowledge that have helped them get ahead
  • Learn how to measure success and remove roadblocks
  • Develop routines to ensure your business runs seamlessly
  • Establish valuable relationships and begin to build your brand
