To procure, review, and analyze environmental reports relating to the Bank’s real estate lending & loan administration and Real Estate Owned (REO) in order to identify and avoid unacceptable environmental conditions impacting secured real estate and/or owned real estate.  This position shall also be responsible for reviewing and analyzing various reports and providing technical opinions as to the adequacy and appropriateness of reports under review.  The incumbent assists lending units within JPMC by providing technical expertise concerning environmental due diligence and principals and the risks associated with underwriting real estate.  The incumbent will administer the Bank and Department objectives, policies, and procedures, and support standards and methods to ensure risk minimization.
