We are presently seeking a candidate for Vice President of CRE Strategic Analytics, which entails research and evaluation of the impacts of economic and commercial real estate market trends within a >$100 billion portfolio.  An evaluation considers the impact of historical and projected market trends, economic factors, and portfolio characteristics on the performance of the portfolio and future originations.The candidate is responsible for presenting materials to senior management and should have the ability to influence stakeholders. The candidate is also responsible for maintaining, updating, and creating internal portfolio reporting based in SQL. They should be able to utilize various data analytic and visualization methods to identify and report key real estate metrics and trends that derive a conclusion. These analyses are used to in loss forecasting, lending strategies, and to optimize portfolio performance.
