The banker will be the focal point of client acquisition and ongoing relationships with diverse businesses (minority/women/veteran-owned) across the market, working closely with the Segment Lead and National Head of Diverse Businesses and in concert with the Segment Head, Region Manager, and Market Executives. The banker will be responsible for leading customer-focused diversity efforts and identifying, growing and retaining profitable relationships within the Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries (MMBSI) target space (companies with revenues between $20 and $500 million). The banker will be expected to drive growth in calling activity and opportunity pipeline across the market while regularly participating alongside bankers in client/prospect meetings.
