The Tri-party Client Service manager has overall accountability for ensuring client’s service requirements are achieved in tandem with Collateral Services Product Management. The Tri-party CSM is the client’s senior contact and trusted advisor on all product and service-related matters.  Product responsibilities include becoming Product subject matter experts and contributing to the development of the Product by taking client feedback back to Product and Product Development while also addressing client issues, where required, with process and cross functional changes.  Tri-party CSMs partners with Sales in improving, developing and retaining client relationships, while maintaining a strategic understanding of the client’s business and operating model.  Tri-party CSMs are responsible for the P&L of the client and the team reports directly to the regional head of the business, responsible for the Product P&L.
