The Closing Specialist III communicates title companies, mortgage bankers, customers, or anyone else that calls the Hotline for an issue on a loan in closing and resolves the issue. The individual works with the closing agent to make revisions to the Closing Disclosure, ensuring fees are accurate and acceptable for purchase or refinance transactions. The specialist is also responsible for working with the title company. The Closing Specialist III role is also responsible for the FHA/VA loan closings and wire recon when necessary. Closing Specialist III who operates in the Coverage Specialist role will also be responsible for making sure all State specific requirements have been met. The Coverage Specialist role will also be responsible for covering any queues for other employees where needed in the case of an employee out of the office. This coverage requires knowledge of all roles within the Closing organization.
